Signature Component — E-Signature Capture in Forms

Form Studio now includes a Signature component that lets operators capture handwritten e-signatures directly inside any form or task layout.

Signatories draw their signature in a dedicated pad on desktop or mobile. The captured signature is stored as an image and can be bound to workflow data, included in generated documents, and reviewed in the task record detail view.

No third-party e-signature service is required — signature capture is built into the form itself, so approval flows that require a signature stay entirely within MergePoint.
