Account

The Account tab is your personal settings area on the MergePoint mobile app. It covers your profile, language preferences, sync status, and sign-out.

Navigating to Account

Tap Account in the bottom navigation bar (rightmost icon).

Your Profile

At the top of the Account screen you'll see your name and profile picture.

To update your profile:

1. Tap your name or the Edit profile option.
2. Update your display name, avatar, or timezone.
3. Save.

Language

MergePoint supports multiple languages. To change the language used in the app and in forms:

1. Tap Language in the Account menu.
2. Select your preferred language from the list.
3. The app and all form labels update immediately.

The language you set here applies to your account only and does not affect other team members.

Sync (Offline Submissions)

If you've filled out forms while offline, those submissions are queued for upload. The Account tab badge shows a count when there are pending or failed sync items.

Tap Sync to open the sync sheet:

• Pending — submissions queued, waiting for a connection
• Failed — submissions that attempted to upload but encountered an error

From the sync sheet you can:

• Retry a failed submission manually
• Retry all failed submissions at once
• Delete a submission you no longer want to send

Successful syncs clear automatically.

Sign Out

Tap Sign out at the bottom of the Account screen. You'll be returned to the login screen. Any unsynced offline submissions are preserved and will be available after you sign back in on the same device.
