There are two ways to control which rows show in a Data Table:
- Source filter ā set at the Data Source level (see Connecting a data source), this filters records before they're even loaded into the table.
- AI Filter ā a quick, end-user-facing filter available directly above the table. Click AI Filter, then type what you're looking for (plain text or a natural-language description) to narrow the visible rows on the fly.
